2026. What does an indoor pet dream about?

This was my introduction to analog filmmaking, shot on 16mm using a Bolex camera. The process was both playful and deeply rewarding. Learning the camera’s intensely manual mechanics and hand-splicing the film made it especially gratifying to watch the piece come to life through a tactile, hands-on process.

The film premiered at the MoMA in May 2026 as part of a Mono No Aware community screening.
